Bali Diving Packages Multi-Day Curated — 3-Day, 5-Day, 7-Day Itineraries
Curated bali diving packages combining accommodation, transfers, equipment, and 6 to 18 dives across Tulamben USS Liberty wreck, Padangbai Blue Lagoon, Amed coral gardens, and Nusa Penida manta cleaning stations.
What Are Bali Diving Packages?
Bali diving packages are pre-curated multi-day dive itineraries that combine accommodation, transfers, equipment rental, dive-shop coordination, and 4 to 18 dives across Bali’s flagship sites: Tulamben USS Liberty wreck, Padangbai Blue Lagoon, Amed Japanese wreck and macro reefs, Nusa Penida manta-ray cleaning stations at Manta Point and Crystal Bay, and the Mola-Mola seasonal drift dives at Blue Corner. A curated package replaces the standard model of booking each dive shop, hotel, and transfer separately. Instead of three or four separate vendors, the diver books a single integrated itinerary, the curator coordinates the seventeen-operator partner network, and the diver lands at the airport with one confirmation email that covers the entire trip.
The atelier flagship — the bali diving packages multi-day curated product — is a single all-inclusive offering with three duration tiers (3-day, 5-day, 7-day) and three accommodation tiers within each duration (Comfort guesthouse, Boutique resort, Signature beachfront). This page documents every variant, the inclusion lists, the seasonal pricing, and the booking timeline. If you prefer a five-minute WhatsApp consultation to a long-form page, message the atelier directly at +62 811 3941 4563.
Why the Multi-Day Curated Model Exists
Bali sits at a peculiar intersection. It holds Indonesia’s most accessible dive sites — the USS Liberty wreck is a thirty-metre shore swim from Tulamben beach — but it also has the country’s worst dive-traffic congestion. Single-day boat tours leave Sanur every morning packed with twenty to thirty divers per boat, four divers per guide, and zero ability to flex the itinerary if the conditions change. The curator model exists because experienced divers — honeymooners, photographers, returning Asia-Pacific divers — increasingly refuse to accept that experience.
The atelier rebuilt the dive-trip product from first principles. We kept everything good about the PADI dive-shop model (the boats, the compressors, the certified guides) and we replaced everything bad (the over-stuffed boats, the rigid itineraries, the surprise upsells, the four-hour round-trip transfers). The output is a curated itinerary where every transfer is private, every accommodation is pre-vetted, every dive shop is matched to the requested specialty, and every guide ratio is contractually capped at four divers per guide or better.
Variant One — The 3-Day Bali Diving Package Sampler
The 3-day variant is the entry-level configuration. Two anchor sites — Tulamben and Padangbai — six dives, two nights of beachfront or village-edge accommodation, all transfers, all gear, and a curator on standby for the duration. This package suits divers with limited time, divers travelling with non-diving partners, and certified Open Water graduates who want to confirm their skills before committing to a longer itinerary.
What the 3-Day Tier Includes
The all-inclusive 3-day tier covers two nights of accommodation at the chosen tier, six guided dives split across the USS Liberty wreck (two dives), Tulamben coral garden and drop-off (two dives), and Padangbai Blue Lagoon plus Jepun reef (two dives). The package includes private air-conditioned transfers between Bali airport, your accommodation, and each dive site. It includes full equipment rental — BCD, regulator, dive computer, tank, weights, mask, fins, and 3mm full-length wetsuit. It includes lunch on each dive day. It includes the Tulamben village conservation fee and the Padangbai harbour entry. The headline price excludes only your flights to Bali, your dinners, your alcohol, and any tips you choose to leave for the dive guides.
3-Day Package Pricing
The Comfort tier (clean village guesthouse, shared dive boat with capped 6:1 ratio) starts at US$695 per certified diver based on twin-share occupancy. The Boutique tier (4-star resort with sea-view rooms, semi-private dive boat 4:1 ratio) starts at US$1,180 per diver. The Signature tier (beachfront luxury resort with butler service, fully private dive boat 2:1 ratio with macro-specialist guide) starts at US$1,790 per diver. Non-diving partners join at fifty-five percent of the diver rate, which covers accommodation, transfers, and meals but not the dive components. Children aged ten through fifteen who hold Junior Open Water certification book at eighty percent of the adult rate.
Variant Two — The 5-Day Bali Diving Package Triple
The 5-day variant is our most-booked product. Three anchor sites — Tulamben, Amed, and Padangbai — ten to twelve dives, four nights of accommodation, and a properly paced rotation that lets you repeat the flagship USS Liberty wreck across two tide windows. The 5-day tier suits divers who want to do the full Tulamben wreck pilgrimage, the Amed macro-photography circuit, and the Padangbai reef rotation in one trip without rushing.
What the 5-Day Tier Includes
Four nights of accommodation across two locations (two nights Tulamben, two nights Amed or Padangbai depending on guest preference). Ten to twelve guided dives split four-three-three or four-four-four across the three sites. Private transfers between every leg. Full gear rental including 5mm wetsuit option for the cooler thermocline at Tulamben drop-off. Three meals on each dive day. Conservation fees at every site. Underwater photography by a certified guide on at least two dives at no additional cost (full unwatermarked gallery delivered after the trip). The 5-day tier also includes a complimentary refresher dive on day one if you have not dived in the last twelve months — a service we add because it dramatically reduces incident rates on the rest of the itinerary.
5-Day Package Pricing
The Comfort tier starts at US$1,290 per certified diver twin-share. The Boutique tier starts at US$2,090. The Signature tier starts at US$3,290. Non-diving partners at fifty-five percent of the diver rate. Group discount of seven percent applies for parties of six or more. Solo-occupancy supplement of US$390 (Comfort), US$690 (Boutique), or US$1,090 (Signature) for divers travelling alone who do not want a twin-share roommate.
Variant Three — The 7-Day Bali Diving Package Connoisseur
The 7-day variant is the connoisseur option. Four anchor sites — Tulamben, Amed, Padangbai, and Nusa Penida — fourteen to eighteen dives, six nights of accommodation, and a finale at the Penida manta cleaning stations. This package is the only configuration that reliably delivers manta-ray sightings (April through November), the elusive Mola-Mola sunfish window (July through October), and the high-current pelagic drift dives at Blue Corner that draw advanced divers from Singapore and Sydney to Bali.
What the 7-Day Tier Includes
Six nights of accommodation across three locations. Fourteen to eighteen guided dives. Private transfers throughout including the fast-boat crossing from Sanur to Nusa Penida or Nusa Lembongan. Full gear including a long-blade fin upgrade for the Penida current dives. Three meals per dive day plus one farewell dinner. Conservation fees at every site including the Nusa Penida marine park entry tax. Photography on three to four dives. Mola-Mola spotter add-on at no extra cost during the July-October window. Optional one-night liveaboard upgrade on Penida nights for divers who want to be at Manta Point at sunrise rather than commuting from a land resort.
7-Day Package Pricing
The Comfort tier starts at US$1,990 per certified diver twin-share. The Boutique tier starts at US$2,990. The Signature tier starts at US$4,490. The optional liveaboard night adds US$390 per diver. Group discount of ten percent for parties of six or more. Returning-guest loyalty discount of five percent for divers who have completed a previous atelier package.
What Is Not Included In Any Variant
Three categories of expense sit outside the package price for every variant: international flights to and from Bali, lunches and dinners outside dive days, and dive-medical-clearance fees if you require one (we recommend the diving-medicine standards published at ITSMF for high-risk-history divers). We list these exclusions in plain English on every quotation so there are no surprises at check-in. We also do not charge a curator service fee on top of the package price — our margin is built into the headline rate, not added on top.
Sample Day-by-Day Itinerary — The 5-Day Boutique Tier
To make the package concrete, here is a representative day-by-day itinerary for the 5-day Boutique tier. Day one: airport pickup at 12:00, private transfer to Tulamben (three hours), check-in to a 4-star sea-view resort by 15:30, refresher dive at 16:30 on the wreck shallows, welcome dinner at the resort restaurant. Day two: breakfast at 06:30, dive one (USS Liberty wreck full circuit) at 07:30, dive two (Tulamben coral garden) at 10:30, surface lunch at the resort, dive three (Tulamben drop-off to 25m) at 14:30, free evening. Day three: dive one (USS Liberty wreck second tide window) at 07:30, dive two (Tulamben Seraya secret macro reef) at 10:30, transfer to Amed by 14:00, late-afternoon shore dive at Jemeluk Bay. Day four: dive one (Amed Japanese wreck) at 07:30, dive two (Bunutan macro) at 10:30, dive three (Jemeluk wall) at 14:30, transfer to Padangbai by 18:00. Day five: dive one (Blue Lagoon) at 07:30, dive two (Jepun reef) at 10:30, transfer to airport for evening departure. Total dive time across the five days: approximately twelve hours underwater across eleven separate dives.
Equipment Provided In Detail
Every package tier includes the same gear specification — what differs across tiers is accommodation, guide ratio, and photography depth, not equipment. The atelier provides Cressi or Mares regulators serviced annually, Aqualung BCDs in all sizes including XS for petite divers, Suunto or Mares dive computers configured to your training agency standard, 12-litre aluminium tanks (15-litre upgrade available for guests with high air consumption), 3mm full-length wetsuit as default with 5mm upgrade for the Tulamben drop-off and Penida segments, masks across multiple shapes, fins in size range 36-46 EU, weights with quick-release belts, and surface marker buoys with reels for the high-current Penida and Padangbai dives. Photography divers should bring their own camera, strobes, and trays — partner shops can rent compact strobes if you arrive without lighting equipment but the rental fleet is limited.
How Booking Works From WhatsApp Message to Departure
The booking flow is short. You message WhatsApp +62 811 3941 4563 with your travel dates, certification level (PADI or PADI-equivalent), group size, accommodation preference, and any non-diving partner requirements. We respond with a tailored quotation within two business hours during Bali daytime and within twelve hours overnight. The quotation lists the proposed dive sites, the proposed accommodation tier, the day-by-day itinerary, the all-in price, and the cancellation policy. A fifty-percent deposit secures your dates. Balance is due fourteen days before departure. We hold dates for seven days from the quotation issue without commitment so you can compare options.
Insurance, Medical Clearance, and Safety Protocols
Every atelier package includes basic dive insurance covering chamber treatment and emergency evacuation for the duration of the trip. Divers with prior cardiac, pulmonary, or neurological history are required to complete a medical-clearance form before booking — this is not the atelier being cautious, it is a standard requirement under recreational diving safety guidelines. The form is the standard Recreational Scuba Training Council form. We refer high-risk-history candidates to ITSMF diving-medicine specialists when warranted. The atelier also recommends but does not require independent dive insurance through DAN World or equivalent — many guests already hold such coverage through travel insurance and need not purchase additional. The Bali emergency hyperbaric chamber sits at Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar, with a smaller chamber at Sanur. Evacuation logistics from Tulamben, Amed, and Penida are pre-planned by the atelier and partner shops.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Weather Policy
Bali diving is weather-sensitive but not weather-fragile. Cancellation more than thirty days from departure: full refund minus US$95 bank-handling fee. Cancellation between thirty and seven days: rescheduled to any future date within eighteen months at no fee. Cancellation inside seven days: rescheduled within six months at no fee, or fifty-percent refund if rescheduling is impossible. Weather force-majeure (harbour-master closure, government restriction, named storm warning): always full reschedule at no fee. We have rescheduled fewer than three percent of trips in the last six years because Bali’s weather windows are unusually consistent compared to neighbouring dive destinations.
