Corporate & Regulatory Compliance
We are a fully legal and accredited tour operator in the Republic of Indonesia, ensuring transparency and accountability in all our business practices.
- Business License: We operate under a valid Tanda Daftar Usaha Pariwisata (TDUP) / Surat Izin Usaha Pariwisata (SIUP), the official tourism business license issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf).
- Tax Identification: Our parent company, Juara Holding Group, holds a registered NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), ensuring we are a compliant taxpayer contributing to the national economy.
- Labor Law Compliance: All our employees are provided with comprehensive social security and health coverage under the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan programs, as mandated by Indonesian law.
- IATA Accreditation: For all flight bookings, we work through IATA-accredited channels, ensuring adherence to global aviation standards and financial protection.
Dive Operation Safety Standards
Our underwater safety protocols meet or exceed the highest global standards. There is no room for compromise.
- PADI & SSI Adherence: All diving activities are conducted strictly within the standards of the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) and Scuba Schools International (SSI). Our partner centers are PADI 5-Star Instructor Development Centers or SSI Diamond Dive Centers.
- Divers Alert Network (DAN) Partnership: We are a DAN Industry Partner. All our guides are DAN members, and every dive boat is equipped with a DAN-standard emergency oxygen unit and comprehensive first-aid kit. We strongly recommend all our clients have DAN insurance.
- Equipment Maintenance: All scuba equipment is maintained by certified technicians according to manufacturer specifications. Air compressors are regularly serviced, and we maintain meticulous air quality test logs.
- Low Guide-to-Client Ratios: We maintain a maximum ratio of 4 divers per guide, though on most private trips the ratio is 1:1 or 2:1, ensuring personalized attention and supervision.
Vessel, Vehicle & Emergency Protocols
Our safety umbrella extends from the moment you land to your final departure.
- Marine Safety: All our partner vessels, from day boats to luxury Phinisi yachts, are equipped with modern safety equipment, including life rafts, EPIRBs (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacons), GPS, marine radios, and satellite phones for remote expeditions.
- Ground Transportation: Our vehicle fleet is managed by our premium partner, Goldenbird. All vehicles are late-model, regularly inspected, and equipped with GPS tracking. All drivers are professionally trained and licensed.
- Emergency Action Plan (EAP): We have a comprehensive, documented EAP for all locations we operate in. This includes emergency contact information, evacuation procedures, and established relationships with international-standard medical facilities like BIMC Hospital in Kuta and Siloam Hospital in Labuan Bajo.
- 24/7 Support: A senior member of our team is on call 24/7 to respond to any client needs or emergencies.
