Banyu Wirawan
Founder & Chief Experience Officer
Credentials: PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, MBA in Hospitality from Cornell University, former General Manager for Aman Resorts in Indonesia.
Bio: Banyu is the visionary behind the Atelier. After two decades managing some of the world’s most exclusive resorts, he combined his passion for five-star service with his love for the ocean. He personally scouts new locations and vets every partner to ensure they meet the ‘Atelier Standard’. Banyu’s philosophy is simple: “Luxury is not about opulence, but about rare, authentic experiences delivered flawlessly.” He is the driving force behind our integration with Juara Holding Group, ensuring our vision is backed by robust operational excellence.
Dewi Lestari
Head of Operations & Logistics
Credentials: Certified Tourism Professional (ASITA), Master’s in Tourism Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), IATA Certified.
Bio: Dewi is the logistical genius who ensures every aspect of your journey is seamless. From coordinating private jet arrivals with AirNav Indonesia regulations to managing ground transportation and charter schedules, her meticulous planning is the invisible engine behind our operations. With over 15 years of experience in Indonesian luxury tourism, Dewi has an encyclopedic knowledge of the archipelago’s infrastructure and a network of contacts that can make the impossible, possible.
Gede Sudarsana
Lead Dive Concierge & PADI Course Director
Credentials: PADI Course Director #CD-987654, EFR Instructor Trainer, 20+ years of diving experience in Indonesia.
Bio: A native of Tulamben, Gede was born with saltwater in his veins. As one of Indonesia’s most respected PADI Course Directors, he not only leads our most exclusive private dives but also trains our entire team of guides. His knowledge of Bali’s and Komodo’s currents, marine life cycles, and hidden dive sites is unparalleled. Gede is a master at tailoring dive profiles to a client’s specific interests, whether it’s macro photography at Seraya Secrets or navigating the exhilarating channels of Nusa Penida to find Mola mola.
Dr. Anya Sari
Marine Biologist & Sustainability Advisor
Credentials: PhD in Marine Biology from IPB University, Research Fellow with The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Indonesia, published author on Coral Triangle conservation.
Bio: Dr. Sari provides the scientific soul for our expeditions. She advises our team on best practices for sustainable marine interaction, develops our educational materials, and leads our conservation-focused itineraries. Her work ensures that our presence in these delicate ecosystems is a positive one. Dr. Sari often joins clients on bespoke journeys, offering university-level insights into the complex reef systems of Raja Ampat or the manta ray behaviors of Nusa Penida, transforming a beautiful dive into a profound learning experience.
Isabelle Dubois
Head of Client Relations
Credentials: B.A. in International Relations from Sciences Po, 10 years of experience in high-net-worth client management in Geneva and Singapore.
Bio: Isabelle is the primary point of contact for our international clientele. Fluent in English, French, and Bahasa Indonesia, she excels at understanding the nuanced expectations of discerning travelers. She is a master of communication and personalization, ensuring that from the first inquiry to the post-trip follow-up, every client feels heard, understood, and exceptionally cared for.
